28 SPECIAL RISK COVERAGE
1. All broken piece of machinery, electronic malfunctions, voltage indulations, electonic card damages and electronic equipment are protected.
2. Damages to vehicles for improper fuel use.
3. Car rental expenses, in case the damages are not repairable within 24 hour time limit.
4. Damages to underground storage tanks caused by improper fuel use.
5. Accidental Damages to property.
6. Theft by altering the settings of the fuel pump.
7. Shoplifting.
8. Damages to inventory stock during trasnportain to the station.
9. Leakage from the underground storage tank.
10. Putrification of the products in fridges or freezers.
11. Cable burns, short circuits.
12. Unintentional damages to the customer vehicles.
13. Accidental deaths or disablities of the staff or their treatment expences (5000 USD for disabilities or deaths, up to 1000 USD for treatment).
14. Loss of income and profit.
15. Compensations are paid on the market value of the present day.
16. Defective insurance will not be made for the policies requiring expert report.
17. Automatic Value adjustments up to ten percent of the vehicle value.
18. On all guaranties, the optional conditions (insurance and reinsurance companies union general and special conditions) are standart.
