Problem and its description: Loss of income and work hours. Delivery vehicles are used for fast and very frequent delivery thus requiring a lot of repair expense and resulting in income and time loss.

Identification: Our research has revealed us that driving ability of new delivery employees are not tested and the vehicles varied in a great range of models and brands.

Solutions: First, all delivery employees and the candidates are made to take a safe driving course. Three months later repair requirement have decreased significantly. After that all damages during the last two years were examined separately and categorized minding several aspects. It is than found out that some brands are less durable and some are more durable. This conclusion was reported which brands and models were more advantageous for them.

Result: These actions have resulted in 62% less repair expense and claims have decreased by 27%.
