HISTORY

In the year of 1994 one of our founders, Cem Pekkutlucan formed ACP insurance agency and then with the increasing capabilities of the agency, ACP Insurance Consulting LTD. has become ACP Insurance and Reinsurance Broker in 2005. Today, we have more than 35 employees, over 500 institutional and 3000 individual clients. The risk, policy management and post policy special services are the distinguishing factors for ACP to stand out among many others. We aim to build a greater customer population while maintaining our customer happiness and trust factor.

ACP has established a great number of insurance projects of great significance. One of these is BP Station-all risks program. This is a one-of-a-kind package policy applied to 350 BP gas stations and over 150 others, upgraded yearly for new risks for over 10 years. This insurance project is managed successfully for the last 10 years by ACP.

Another successful project is Yeditepe & ISTEK trust schools project. Started on 2003 and aiming to reach 100.000 students and their parents. In this special project, student graduation insurance, health insurance for parents and students, house insurance for parents, auto insurance and individual pension plan is also offered and sold.


WHAT DOES ACP DO FOR YOU?

ACP primarily analyse the possible risks of the clients by using its unique R.I.R. (Risk Identification Report) technique. After the completion of the R.I.R, ACP prepares a custom built insurance program and starts managing on behalf of the client.

Prepares a R.I.R. for each institutional and individual clients.

Prepares a custom built insurance program in line with R.I.R findings.

Obtains offers from insurance companies.

Edits and/or controls the policies, if required.

Provides specific insurance education training to appointed staff of the client and explains the course of action to be taken when risk occurs.

Prepares an emergency card and a handbook containing information about the insurance program for the employees of the client.

In case of occurrence of a damage, does all the paperwork for the client by coordinating with the experts and the insurance company.

Prepares a post-damage report.
